The Share the Stimulus movement was born out of the idea that while 150 million Americans would be receiving the stimulus money, only a fraction would actually really need the funds.
Matt Mancinelli and his family have chosen to share a portion of their stimulus check with those around them, getting creative with how they chose to give.
He shared that they gave to organizations they love “like Burning Hearts, our church, and Casa Chirilagua, which is an organization near Washington D.C. that invests in families and has been doing some great work during this COVID season.”
On top of giving to these organizations, they also blessed some friends with a new grill and accessories and purchased restaurant gift cards, which Mancinelli shared they’ve used “both to help the restaurant with cash flow and bless the people we gave them to.”
They also had some extra money for a special project they had on their hearts. In the midst of this crisis, we could all use a little extra love, which led Mancinelli and his daughter to send the ultimate care package to their friends.
